Round 4 of the Porsche Club Championship took Bradley Performance to Oulton Park, one of the best circuits on the calendar and a venue that always seems to have a few surprises in store.
Oulton Park is a circuit that demands plenty from both driver and car. It proved to be an eventful weekend for the team, with some strong results alongside a few frustrations.
Race 1
In the Boxster Cup, Brooklyn Howell put together a strong opening race to bring the #05 car home in P3, securing a well-earned podium for the team.
Matt Shears also battled his way through Race 1 in the #03 Boxster, crossing the line in P7.
In the Porsche Club Championship, Jim Bryan secured a solid P6 finish, while unfortunately Steve Wood was unable to make it to the chequered flag, recording a DNF.
It was also a frustrating first race for Sean Ran in the AM Championship, with his race ending prematurely in a DNF.
Race 2
Brooklyn continued his consistent weekend in the second Boxster Cup race, narrowly missing out on another podium with a P4 finish.
Matt followed with another P7, rounding out the weekend with two consistent finishes in a competitive Boxster Cup field.
Unfortunately, our Porsche Club and AM Championship cars were unable to take part in Race 2, bringing their Oulton Park weekend to an earlier end than we had hoped.
Another Huge Team Effort
While not everything went our way at Oulton Park, weekends like these highlight just how much work goes on behind the scenes.
From preparing the cars before the event to working through the challenges that inevitably arise during a race weekend, the commitment from our mechanics, drivers and everyone involved in the team never goes unnoticed.
A podium for Brooklyn, consistent results from Matt and plenty to take forward into the next round.
A huge thank you to the entire Bradley Performance team for another fantastic effort.
