Bradley Performance headed to the iconic Silverstone GP Circuit for another packed weekend of racing, with the Porsche Club Championship, Boxster Cup and AM Championship all sharing a combined grid.
With a huge field of cars taking to the Grand Prix circuit, Bradley Performance had a strong presence across all three championships, with seven cars out across the weekend.
It was a busy one for the entire team, with podiums, returning drivers, and plenty of close racing across both races.
Race 1
Boxster Cup
Brooklyn Howell continued his run of strong performances in the #05 Boxster, bringing the car home in P4 after another competitive race.
Unfortunately, it was a tougher start to the weekend for Matt Shears, whose Race 1 came to a premature end with a DNF.
Porsche Club Championship
A brilliant opening race saw Steve Wood take P3, securing the first podium of the weekend for Bradley Performance.
Jim Bryan also put together a solid performance, crossing the line in P7.
AM Championship
It was great to welcome Jess Wilkinson back behind the wheel for her first race of the season, with Jess marking her return with a P7 finish.
Tim Harrington was also back racing with us for the first time this season, finishing just behind in P8.
Andreas Georgiou led the Bradley Performance AM runners home with a strong P6 finish, rounding out a positive first race for the class.
Race 2
There was more strong racing to come in Race 2, with another podium and some good results across the team.
In the Boxster Cup, Brooklyn delivered another consistent drive to finish P4 for the second time that weekend. Unfortunately, Matt’s weekend continued with another DNF.
In the Porsche Club Championship, Steve went one better than Race 1, taking an excellent P2 and securing his second podium of the weekend. Jim completed Race 2 in P8.
The AM Championship saw Jess build on her first race back with an impressive P5, while Tim finished P7. Unfortunately, Andreas was unable to make it to the chequered flag, recording a DNF.
A Strong Weekend at Silverstone
With seven Bradley Performance cars competing across three championships, Silverstone was a huge undertaking for the whole team.
Two podiums for Steve, two P4 finishes for Brooklyn and strong performances throughout the field gave us plenty to take away from the weekend. It was also fantastic to have Jess and Tim back racing with the team for the first time this season.
As always, weekends with this many cars on the grid require an enormous amount of work behind the scenes. A huge thank you to our mechanics, drivers and everyone involved for the time, commitment and hard work that goes into keeping the cars on track.
Another Silverstone weekend complete. Onto the next one.
